  • Sears Washing Machine--3 months--not fixed yet!

    July 27 2013---first attmpted repair---multiple repair attempts through today, Oct 05 2013 AND THE WASHER IS STILL NOT WORKING! Much run around, cancelled appts, late, missed work. I have a case # from Sears Customer Solutions 1772842 and all they can offer is another appt.   • Sears Parts Delays

    We called Sears for repair of our Samsung Washer when pump stopped functioning. Repairman showed up today but found the control panel to be the source. The part needed to be ordered from manufacturer and could not be received other than by UPS ground!! We requested overnight shipment at our expense and were told that's not possible! So here we sit without a washer for another 9 days because Sears is unwilling to expedite a part shipment to accommodate a long term customer. Is this what Sears considers Good Customer Service?????   • TV Repair

    As Sears had been a trusted name for years, we felt safe in purchasing a tv from Kmart. Apparently we were wrong. We purchased the tv in November and in May it quit working. We called on May 10th and scheduled a repair appointment which had to go through Sears. A technician was supposed to be here between 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm and we were told they would be calling before they came.   • Sears customer support unacceptable!

    After talking to Sears appliance repair rep, I decided to purchase the 1 year extended warranty. I was told a technician would be at my home between 1 and 5. I called Sears at 4PM to find out if I was still on the schedule. They told me someone would be here at 5PM. I called again at 5pm and was told a tech might be here around 7PM and 3 people were ahead of me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told there was no supervisor to talk to.   • They are NO GOOD

    This is my experience with Sears in Miami - I schedule a home repair service appointment for the afternoon. No one showed up and no one called. I RE scheduled the appointment between 1 and 5 PM. The repair person called me at 6:30 PM ! I then RE scheduled, this time between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. Finally the repair guy finds that 2 parts needed to be changed. Fine. He orders the parts. I received the parts and now, trying to schedule an appointment to replace the defective parts, Sears is making me WAIT FOR 3 WEEKS!     Two weeks ago I made an appt with Sears service. I was told a service representative would at my home at 8 a.m. Friday. At 8:15 a.m. I found a note on my door ...sorry we missed you.
